 Normally when Pidgin starts the buddy list is launched in whatever
 location/configuration it was in when Pidgin closed.  I always keep my
 buddy list docked and I noticed that when I start Pidgin on my machine
 running Windows Vista the buddy list appears at the appropriate
 size/location for docking but is not actually docked.  I can dock it by
 dragging the window away from and then back to the side of the screen, but
 it does not start docked the way it does in WinXP.
