 Finch currently highlights the "tab" (at the bottom of the screen) for a
 chat window when there has been activity in that chance since the user
 last had the window open.  This is only slightly helpful when
 participating in group discussions (e.g., IRC), because the tabs are not
 uniquely highlighted when the user's name typed in the chat.  It would be
 very super duper nice to highlight the chat's tab a different color when
 the user's name is mentioned in the chat.  Pidgin currently does this by
 highlighting the chat tab a bold dark blue by default.
