 Each time I post to a chat, I would like that tab to be moved to the front
 of the list (left, top depending on where the tabs are)

 I normally have 20+ chat tabs open.  only 3 or 4 I care about at one time.
 I often drag them to the top of the list so I can glance at them to see if
 anyone has said anything.  sometimes I forget to drag, and don't notice
 that someone replied (and didn't address me) and so I miss out.
