 Currently, when you mouse wheel through tabs in a conversation window, it
 scrolls through the tabs as if you were pressing CTRL+Tab.  Mouse wheeling
 through the tabs should have the same effect that's seen in Mozilla
 Firefox.  When you scroll the mouse wheel, it should move the tabs
 horizontally or vertically, without changing the current tab.  This way,
 you can see which tabs are currently open without having to change from
 the current view.
