 Making requests of [wiki:nosnilmot] apparently results in insults, rather
 than in the proper action being taken.

 Steps to reproduce:
  1. Suggest to nosnilmot that he make a ticket to remind himself to do
 something in the future.

 Expected results:
  1. "That's a great idea!"
  2. Ticket is created.
  3. Mug of tea is delivered to my door by him by way of thanks.

 Actual results:
  1. "no, punk"

 Suggested fix: confiscation of crumpets.
