 Well, this feature greatly improves ICQ privacy support, which is great,
 since libpurple’s ICQ privacy list support is sort of buggy.

 Also, Pidgin’s philosophy is to hide protocols from users as much as
 possible — and at least XMPP has always been supporting revoking
 authorization.
