 Hello... big problem with the new version 2.4.0:

 I cannot receive messages from Miranda 0.7.3 unicode any more, when there
 are german umlauts in it using the ICQ network.

 I just get the following message:

 (00:13:30) Buddy name:  (Es gab einen Fehler beim Empfang dieser
 Nachricht.  Entweder haben Sie und <ICQ number> unterschiedliche
 Kodierungen gesetzt oder <ICQ number> hat einen fehlerhaften Client.)

 That is about the same as:

 (00:13:30) Buddy name:  (There has been an error receiving this message.
 Either you and <ICQ number> have set different encodings or <ICQ number>
 has a faulty client.)

 (Sry for incorrect grammar.)

 It worked correctly until 2.3.1.
