 i just tested the new version from the same hosts.

 yahoo8<->pidgin
 yahoo9<->pidgin
 pidgin<->pidgin

 i notice that transfer from yahoo* -> pidgin is very very slow 6kb/s
 ,pidgin->yahoo* is 40-60kb/s and pidgin<->pidgin is 40-60kb/s. don't know
 if that is relevant
