 It could... But that requires a callback and as of yet, i've not thought
 of how to implement it with that. Not to mention, this function is called
 several times over... Unless the lookup callback cache's the information
 somewhere, it would be pointless to do that because it would cause pidgin
 to seemly "hang" while it normalize blocks until it gets its username.
