 I'm not sure since I can't test at the moment, but I think we may need to
 find the appropriate equivalent values for `YAHOO_CLIENT_VERSION_ID` and
 `YAHOO_CLIENT_VERSION` for the Yahoo Japan messenger client version
 7.0.0.7, as that is the newest official client for the Yahoo Japan
 network.  Identifying as 8.1.0.421 in some other locations, such as
 server-side alias retrieval and updating, doesn't work for Yahoo Japan, so
 I doubt it will work entirely correctly with file transfer.
