 Pidgin will crash at random times, sometimes multiple times per day, since
 upgrading to a recent version (IIRC it was around 2.2.0).  The only
 consistency seems to be that it will crash at a time when it hasn't drawn
 for a while, and suddenly is needed to again - but I'm not sure just how
 constant a factor that is.
