 A trivial plugin to do this could be written that ties into the pidgin
 "account-modified" signal to unset the "Remember Password" flag before the
 file actually gets written to disk.

 Alternatively, you could certainly patch the source so that it simply
 doesn't save the password.  This isn't something that we really are going
 to do within pidgin itself though.
