 It had puzzled me on more than one occasion

  * whether "Enable sounds: Only when not available" was some convoluted
 way of muting sounds, and

  * what it meant for my status to be unavailable to Pidgin

 My suggestion is that some mark-up be used (and I think capitalisation
 would be sufficient; trivial patch attached).
