Changes (by QuLogic):

  * status:  new => closed
  * resolution:  => duplicate
  * milestone:  => Activate MSNPV14

Comment:

 If you are offline, then your contacts will be sending you offline
 messages, which Pidgin does not currently receive. When the MSNP14/15
 protocol is ready, then this will work.

 As to why you are offline, perhaps you or the MSN servers have network
 problems.
