Comment:

 Since the title modification options were added to the plugin pidgin has
 had changes which cause it to update the window title more often, whenever
 pidgin updates the window title the additions caused by the message
 notification plugin are over-ridden. I don't have a good solution for this
 yet, though it has been complained about for a while. In part because I
 really want to go through and make pidgin not update the title so often
 and in part because modifying the window title really isn't something we
 can count on.
