 You have a conversation window open with two buddies and one of them is
 active (his name is shown in taskbar). If the other buddy (the unactive
 one) sends you a message, the taskbar blinks but the name of the buddy in
 the taskbar doesn't change.

 I think the name of the buddy in taskbar should change to whoever was the
 first one to send you a message.
