 It looks like I vacationed too long and the ticket was auto-closed, but I
 wanted to check in and say that this solution works for me.  I'm not using
 that exact IP address, but I found one that ended up working eventually.
 Hopefully anyone else who has this problem can find the solution easier
 than me.
