 This issue is back with version 2.3.1

 If I authorize, the request goes away.  If I deny it keeps coming back
 each time.  Confirmed the following request coming through:

 (21:53:35) yahoo: Yahoo Service: 0xd6 Status: 3

 There is nothing logged when I deny the request.
