 If I remember correctly, ALL other IMs sort groups automatically, or at
 least have an option to do so.

 Anyway, I think that "sort alphabetically" is easy to implement and should
 already have been implemented, since it is so damn simple and useful.

 (sometimes I wonder where the hell are the usability guys when we actually
 need them)
