 The exclamation point in the "Smile!" menu in the IM window is rather
 distracting.  It always makes me think that there's an exclamation point
 in the conversation itself.  Also, it's a little ridiculous.  I propose
 simply removing the exclamation point, or renaming the menu to something
 like "Emoticons".
