Comment:

 This happens because (exactly as the message says :)), your proxy server
 doesn't permit creating a tunnel on port 5050 (which is required by the
 yahoo protocol).

 I don't know if there are any alternate ports you can use that your proxy
 might permit.

 If it is working on another machine that is on the same network, check out
 the proxy settings on that machine - perhaps it isn't configured to use
 the same proxy.
