 I have been using Pidgin for about a month and just discovered that it
 doesn't receive offline messages for MSN. Ticket 3797 refers to the same
 issue and states that its fixed as part of Merge MSNP14 Branch. Has this
 occurred yet or when will it?

 This defect is unfortunately a show stopper for me as I have missed some
 important offline messages in the past week. Until this is fixed I
 unfortunately have to return to using the resource hog that is MSN
