 Good news. I have attached 3 patches to be reviewed. they are finished.

 Mauro and I have rewrite most of the code, tested it and it's working
 cool. This one is a lot cleaner, it adds API and breaks it in one
 function. So I guess we will not see it merged until 3.0.0  at least the
 pidgin side.

 msn.patch have the changes to the msn prpl. I guess this one is to khc.

 smileyAPI.patch have the new api and the needed changes.[[BR]]
 pidgin.patch is the one with most changes, have the smiley manager and the
 changes needed in the imhtml stuff and themes.
