 I have activated the followinf plugins:
 - autoaccept (file transfert)
 - buddy notes
 - buddy state notify
 - dbus example
 - history
 - IRC helper
 - markerline (thats the most usefull plugin you can dream about chats if
 you chat a lot)

 thus, I tend to answer you with "no", and do not really undeerstand the
 point you are making ...
