 You are not the original submitter of this ticket.  Only the original
 submitter can clear the pending flag by responding.

 I don't recall Pidgin ever making a buddy's name bold on new messages, but
 I've never used conversation hiding, so I may never have seen the feature.

 I'll reopen this ticket and let someone else figure it out.
