 When I am talking with a buddy and he goes mobile, the icon is mostly
 hidden by their buddy icon and the state notify plugin doesn't tell me
 that their state changed, so I have no way of knowing when they become
 mobile from available. On the other hand, when they come back from mobile,
 I see the message "Buddy is no longer away." This should be treated more
 consistently...preferably saying "buddy is mobile" and "buddy is no longer
 mobile".
