 I think if we handled both incoming and new IM conversations for people
 who are not currently on our buddy list properly, we could look up their
 name before displaying the window... this would however, cause a lag... I
 seem to recall the way ICQ does it is when someone messages you who are
 not on our buddy list, it first will show their ID. As soon as we add them
 to the buddy list, the window "magicially" changes to their display name
 (if they have one). Perhaps we could steal this magic?
