 On OpenSuSE 10.3 (And most likely other OSs), Pidgin is prone to crashing
 when a buddy is authorized/denied and the account this prompt is
 associated with is not signed in.

 One certain case of this happened to me when I had Pidgin running on my
 Laptop (OpenSuSE 10.3) and was signed into my MSN account. I then used my
 desktop computer (Windows XP SP2) to sign in to Windows Live Messenger
 under the same account. I authorized a buddy using my Windows XP computer
 and then did the same on my OpenSuSE machine, where the account was now
 disabled but the add-buddy prompt remained.
