 Attempts to create multiple IRC accounts on different ports on the same
 host fail with:

 "Unable to save new account / An account already exists with the specified
 criteria."

 The use case here is that I'm trying to do IRC to hosts behind firewalls
 via an ssh tunnel (served on mutiple ports on localhost), but pidgin
 thinks the uniqueness criteria for an IRC host is just the hostname, and
 not hostname:port.
