 I don't think that`/quit` should disable the account; that would be
 somewhat counterintuitive.

 What it does do is switch the account to an offline status (which, I
 suppose, is somewhat non-obvious from a UI perspective).

 This is part of the overall difficulty in dealing with specific account
 statuses not matching the currently visible status.

 I suspect if you switch statusus, that'll also cause a reconnect to occur.
