 When using Buddy Pounce and the option to display a message box.  If I am
 away from the computer (say over a weekend) I can come back to my computer
 with dozens of windows waiting to be closed.
 I think that if the user (ie. me in this case) is "away" then the popup
 message box's should not be displayed, failing that if there is a popup
 already open it should add a message to the same window (or close the
 oldest window first) so as not to get into the situation where there could
 be dozens of windows in the window lost waiting to be closed.
