 I've noticed this strange issue me too.
 For me it starts with several contacts being online but the "blocked" icon
 near their nickname,althought I never blocked them.After right-clicking on
 them and unblock,some of them are ok,but some are "not on server list" .
 It even manifests like this : I change the status to "offline",and then
 back to "online". The contacts that I unblocked are blocked *again*.
