 You can have friends on your buddy list that don't have MySpaceIM, only
 MySpace. In msimprpl, there is no indication that they don't have
 MySpaceIM. In the official client, they are displayed as offline with an
 "Invite to IM" hyperlink which opens up a "Invite Your Friend to
 MySpaceIM!" dialog allowing you to send a personal invitation message.
