 This patch addresses two issues I have with dragging tabs in pidgin,
 specifically with regards to single-tabbed windows with tabs on top, and
 thus hidden. The patch hides drag and drop arrows when dragging a tab from
 a singled-tabbed window overtop of its own window. There is no possibility
 of reordering tabs (since there's only one), so these arrows have no
 purpose. The patch also fixes dragging a tab into an existing single-
 tabbed window. Presently, the drag and drop arrows will always be in the
 center of the infopane and the conversation will always end up before the
 existing tab. This patch allows the user to choose if the dragged tab
 should go before or after the existing tab.

 This patch is against pidgin-2.3.1.
