 Having the same issue here - - - Pidgin is not reading older Trillian logs
 (from .txt files).  Doesn't seem to be a formatting issue.  I think it's a
 new problem (though not sure if it was in 2.3.1 or a little earlier).

 I just wanted to corroborate this bug since it's probably uncommon, not
 that many people would be using the log reader plug-in and of those not
 too many would have a lot of old Trillian logs.
