 File transfers over MSN are canceled after a certain time, not giving time
 for the person on the other side to accept the transfer. The file looks
 like being rejected by the other person, but in fact it wasn't. This never
 happens over normal MSN client and, if indeed this is a feature of pidgin,
 the waiting time should be bigger. Also, when that happens, the person on
 the other side doesn't get any warning that the file transfer was canceled
 by pidgin, and accepts a file that will never transfer.

 If the person accepts the transfer on time, everything goes fine.
