#4727: Profile Support

It seems like libpurple could benefit by allowing different login
profiles. The benefits would be seen in two situations:

 1. Two people using the same computer, same login session, and therefore
the same libpurple client. No longer would they have to manually select
the accounts which belong to them, they would simply be able to select
their personal profile which would group all of those accounts.

 2. One person using a libpurple client has different accounts for work
related communication and personal communication. It would make it much
easier to login to a simple "Work" or "Home" profile rather than select
 each account separately.

I feel like this fits into the philosophy of Pidgin in the sense that all
accounts are seamless. Not only do you have a protocol independent buddy
list, but you can also have a protocol independent login. Any thoughts?

May also be releated to #4069.
