#6256: Option to ask before closing a window within 5 seconds of recieving a
message

Sometimes I will have a chat window open and I'm about to close it and
just as I've clicked to close the window I get an instant message however
I'm not able to react quickly enough and the window gets closed. I know
that there is already the feature where if the window isn't in focus and
you receive an instant message that it will ask you before you close the
program but I think having an optional warning something like the
 following psuedo-code.

If messageAppears and closeButton.click(true) and (
 message.timeSinceRecieved < 5 seconds ) then
 Ask before closing window

Also, maybe the 5 seconds could be user adjustable.
