 Ok, thanks. I agree about trac being subpar. :-) Wordpress also uses it,
 and it's difficult. Drupal's system is much better.

 On Wordpress's Trac, I can change case status, including reopening them.

 I've updated the wiki to nudge a mention towards the top of the list
 section.
