Comment:

 You are correct, there is no /who command.  Addition of /who is a
 reasonable feature request, and a ticket should probably be opened for it.

 As to the user list in the channel -- the user list is resizeable, have
 you drug it to its smallest possible size?  There should be a thumb along
 the right edge of the window which you can grab and drag to the left to
 make the user list visible again.
