 This sounds to me like the Groupwise plugin needs to handle the server as
 part of the main account details (similarly to the way pidgin handles it
 for IRC and XMPP accounts) as opposed to handling it as a connection
 detail (as it would appear to be handling it currently).

 pidgin cannot allow two accounts with the same identifying main account
 data (username or username+server or what-have-you) because that
 information is what pidgin uses to find the account. So if your problem is
 that your username is identical on multiple groupwise servers and as such
 pidgin will not let you add more than one, and that the connection server
 is a critical part of setting up the account then I believe the above is
 correct and simply needs fixing.
