I'm a middle click junky. It's an incredibly useful feature to be able to
close a conversation just by middle clicking on a tab. But, sometimes it
causes problems when i accidentally click out of a conversation that im in
the middle of, or that has messages that i wanted to read and didnt get a
chance to before i closed out of it.

on a few occassions i had decided not to have logging turned on when this
happened and was pretty upset when i couldnt read what was said. when i
have logging turned on, it does let me see what was said, but is kind of a
hassle. if the conversations history plugin is activated, the hassle is
less, but i still have to go to the buddy list and find the name of the
person i was having a conversation with... if the person was offline, i
need to go to buddies->show->offline buddies, or buddies-> new instant
message... which is hard to use when everyone is aliased on your buddy
 list..

i was thinking that it could be a very small button, maybe on the left
side of the conversation window (moving the tab for the first conversation
over just slightly) that would auto-reopen whatever conversation you just
closed out of. the amount of history to add to it i suppose can be up to
the user, or the devs. but this would pretty much make my day.
