 I am using 2.4.3 on Fedora Core 9 (x86_64). In tabbed conversations, if a
 buddy in a background tab goes offline or idle, their name greys out and
 the icon changes. But if they sign back on or become active again, the tab
 does not change until I click to bring the tab to the front.

 My tabs are all through a single AIM account.
