 The problem with working on transient (even if generally repeatable) UI
 issues that none of us ever sees is that it is incredibly hard to even
 come close to being able to figure out what is going on. This is made even
 more difficult when the code in question isn't even our code. We don't
 draw the contents of the window, GTK+ does that for us.

 When you say you "experienced it without ultramon" do you mean you started
 Windows up and then disabled Ultramon after it started running? If so,
 what happens if you disable it entirely so it never starts? What happens
 if you uninstall it completely and then restart and try again? I'm sorry I
 don't have anything more helpful to suggest. Although you may want to
 double check that you are using the latest GTK+ version we ship with
 pidgin.
