 To attach a file you need to hit the "Attach File" button which appears
 jsut below the original post. It works, people do it all the time. I'd
 appreciate it if you stopped accusing us of things because you don't
 understand how they work. Similarly, at the top of the add a comment box
 there is a small WikiFormatting link which will take you to a page which
 explains the markup used in trac, it isn't complicated or that different
 from most other wiki markup languages.
