 I don't know if we didn't allow you to reopen this or if trac doesn't
 allow that at all, I don't maintain trac so I don't know. As to editing of
 comments, to the best of my knowledge trace doesn't allow that *at all*
 (without manually editing the database). Yes, trac is quite clearly a
 flaming piece of crap, but it is the piece of crap that was chosen (I
 forget why) and switching now would entail a tremendous amount of pain.

 Feel free to edit the WikiFormatting page to make that more clear, I have
 more than once made that mistake myself. Also, there is a Preview button
 for a reason, learn to use it.
