 There ''is'' an upgrade cost--we must make sure all our plugins (including
 wiki macros!) are updated to support trac 0.11, including the ones Daniel
 wrote for us.  We must also decide if the performance hit is worth the
 upgrade--the Adium guys noted that they saw a huge (nearly 50%, I think it
 was) performance hit when they attempted the upgrade to 0.11.
