 When I send offline messages to my contacts, they report not to have
 received them. I am using the latest monotone source (and this has been
 reproducable for some time). Due to its development status, I did not pay
 it too much heed.

 Now, I noticed that in the changelog, MSNP15 is said to have been enabled,
 and so I thought I ought to mention this.
