Comment:

 I upgrade from 2.4.1 to either 2.4.2 or .3 and start pidgin.

 It does not happen on 2.4.1.   At this time that is what I am running.
 I re-install 2.4.1 to get back to a working environment.

 I'm using this at work at Nortel.  So I'm reasonably up to date on windows
 patches.
