 Choosing to show a buddy when offline (via right-click) doesn't happen
 after a fresh logon unless you a.) temporarily show all buddies via the
 Buddies menu, or b.) that buddy signs in and then out while you're logged
 in. Logging in fresh myself won't show any of my show-when-offline buddies
 unless I use a.) or b.). This happens with both AIM and Yahoo, at least.

 Tested on Debian Linux with compiled Pidgin 2.4.3 (and at least a few
 versions prior).
